About Stackoria
Stackoria helps creators, founders, and small teams pick the right AI, automation, and productivity tools — without the hype. We publish research-based comparisons and roundups so you can shortlist tools faster. We're adding hands-on notes to individual guides over time.
Who we are
Stackoria is an independent research site focused on practical tool picks for creators and small teams. We are not owned by any software vendor, and we do not accept paid placements or sponsored rankings.
How we research tools
Today, most of our guides are research-based. That means we compare tools using:
- Official feature lists, pricing pages, and free-tier limits
- Typical creator workflows (writing, video, automation, ops)
- How well a tool fits a use case — not marketing claims
- Last updated dates when vendors change plans or features materially
We label each guide Research-based or Hands-on tested so you know what went into it.
Hands-on testing (over time)
We're working through free trials and real tasks on the tools we cover most often. When a guide includes hands-on notes, we'll say so at the top. Until then, treat our picks as a researched starting point — always confirm pricing and features on the vendor's site before you buy.
What we publish
Comparisons, "best for X" roundups, and workflow-oriented guides. Start with our flagship guide: Best AI Tools for Productivity or browse all Guides.
Who it's for
- Solo creators and indie founders building a tool stack
- Small teams standardizing workflows across content, ops, and growth
- Anyone comparing AI and productivity tools before committing budget
How we make money
We do not currently earn revenue from this site. Outbound links go to vendor websites for your convenience — not affiliate commissions. In the future, we may apply to affiliate programs; if we do, we will disclose it clearly and never let payment affect our recommendations. See our Disclosure.
