Privacy Policy

Overview
Stackoria ("we," "us") operates stackoria.com, a site that publishes independent guides and comparisons of AI and productivity tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We do not require an account to browse Stackoria, and we do not currently offer email signup or checkout on this site. We may still collect limited information automatically when you visit:
- Usage and analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), device/browser type, referrer, and similar technical data.
- Server and hosting logs — IP address, timestamps, and request metadata processed by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and performance.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small files or identifiers used by analytics services described below.
If you email us at verify@stackoria.com, we receive whatever information you choose to include in your message (such as your email address and message content).
Analytics we use
We use analytics to understand traffic, improve our guides, and measure which content is useful. These services may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-STESZ1NHFX) to collect aggregated usage statistics. Google may process data on servers in the United States and other countries. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting cookie settings in your browser.
Vercel Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-focused, aggregated performance and traffic insights. Vercel states that this product does not use cookies for tracking in the same way as traditional analytics. See Vercel Analytics privacy documentation.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use cookies primarily through third-party analytics (notably Google Analytics). They may help recognize your browser, remember preferences, and distinguish unique visits.
You can control cookies by:
- Changing your browser settings to block or delete cookies
- Using the Google Analytics opt-out tools linked above
- Using private/incognito browsing modes (with reduced persistence)
Blocking cookies may affect how some site features or analytics work, but you can still read our guides without creating an account.
Affiliate and third-party links
Our guides link to external tool websites, sometimes through redirect URLs on Stackoria. We do not currently use affiliate tracking cookies or earn commissions from those links . If that changes, we will update this policy and our Disclosure. Third-party sites have their own privacy policies and may collect personal information when you sign up or purchase.
How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and improve stackoria.com
- Understand which guides and topics readers find helpful
- Monitor site security and diagnose technical issues
- Respond to emails or support requests you send us
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use analytics data to build advertising profiles on this site.
Data retention
Analytics providers retain data according to their own policies and our account settings (typically in aggregated form). Hosting logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain records of our communication.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal information, or to opt out of certain analytics or marketing uses. To make a request related to Stackoria, email verify@stackoria.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's privacy
Stackoria is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (for example, if we add a newsletter signup or new analytics tools). When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
